Introduction

Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition organization as a consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of business goals related to “go-to-market” and acquisition strategies. This role focuses on recruitment for the North America Organization, requisition management, and client management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using an ATS
• Strong preference for manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience and at least 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience
• Commercial Recruiting experience
• Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
• Pre-screen candidates, partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and provide talent for open positions
• Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and Client policies and practices
• Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing-related activities and issues
