Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding*
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment*
Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or technical recruiting is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

Additional experience with specialized recruitment software*

Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field*
Prior experience recruiting for aerospace, defense, or highly technical roles

Relevant certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., AIRS, SPHR) are advantageous
