The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Support Intern to join our enterprise-wide Business Operations Team. In this role, you will participate in various stages of the candidate’s pre-hire lifecycle, collaborate with other Business Operations teams to meet dynamic business needs on a daily basis, and help improve business processes. This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City and offers a valuable learning experience in a real-world business environment.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing efficient and timely transactional and administrative services to various departments within the organization.
  • Support the team in handling routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the administrative functions.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation and reports related to talent acquisition metrics and processes.
  • Engage in a weekly orientation presentation for new employees to enhance their understanding of the company culture, policies, and administrative procedures.
  • Support the welcoming of new employees by facilitating initial setup of devices and procedures upon arrival at the building.

Qualifications:Required: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work full time on site in Oklahoma City.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
