The Role:

We are looking for a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Systems Manager to join our growing team and play a critical role in how we hire. This role is responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that support the full recruiting lifecycle. You will be deeply involved in the day‑to‑day administration of our ATS and CRM, while also driving continuous improvements that enable efficient, high‑quality hiring at scale.

In this role, you will roll up your sleeves to manage system configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations, while building practical training and documentation that empower recruiters and hiring leaders to use our tools effectively. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable, data‑driven solutions that improve both the candidate and hiring leader experience.

This is a highly collaborative and execution‑focused role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands‑on work. You will bring structure, clarity, and scalability to a growing Talent Acquisition function and will have a direct, visible impact on how we attract and hire talent in support of our mission to inspire and empower the lives we touch.

What You’ll Do:

ATS, CRM & Systems Management:

  • Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of the ATS and CRM, including workflows, stages, fields, integrations, and user access.
  • Lead the rollout of new recruiting tools and enhancements in partnership with TA leadership, HRIS, IT and vendors.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies such as job boards, sourcing platforms and CRM integrations to improve efficiency and results.

Process Optimization:

  • Partner with TA leadership and stakeholders to understand hiring challenges and process gaps.
  • Design and implement scalable, user-friendly workflows that balance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and best practices to support adoption across teams.

Reporting, Analytics & Lead Tracking:

  • Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting on key metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and translate insights into recommendations for TA leadership.
  • Manage lead and source tracking across channels to measure effectiveness and optimize recruiting strategies.

Training & Enablement:

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers on systems and processes.
  • Create practical training materials, guides and playbooks to drive adoption and effectiveness.
  • Continually assess and improve enablement programs as tools and processes evolve.

Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to Talent Acquisition leadership, aligning systems and processes to hiring priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Marketing and business leaders to support hiring initiatives.
  • Enable hiring managers with the tools, insights and best practices needed for successful hiring.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field with a strong focus on data management and systems administration.
  • Hands‑on experience administering an ATS, including configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, and user access.
  • Experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing recruiting technologies such as sourcing tools, job distribution platforms, and CRM integrations.
  • Strong data management and governance skills, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Experience building and analyzing recruiting reports and dashboards to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and key Talent Acquisition metrics.
  • Familiarity with lead tracking, source attribution, and campaign tracking approaches.
  • Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting change management initiatives.

Nice to Haves:

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting recruiting operations in complex, high‑growth, and/or multi‑site environments.
  • Proven ability to enable high‑volume and geographically distributed hiring teams
  • Hands‑on experience with iCIMS and/or Greenhouse ATS platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • The chance to directly shape our organization’s growth by hiring the talent that drives our mission.
  • Opportunities to stretch your skills—whether you’re building pipelines, designing sourcing strategies, or advising leadership.
  • A collaborative team environment where your ideas are valued.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Benefit Offerings:

  • 100% employer paid medical health insurance premium option available
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
