Key Responsibilities

Maintaining AWS infrastructure
- Low likelihood of net-new infrastructure, and no infrastructure work currently on the roadmap. The risk here is that if something breaks (we have alerting and monitoring in place), there could be wide-ranging downstream implications. Someone with infrastructure knowledge is a must, even if that person isn t
Maintaining existing ingestions (troubleshooting errors) and adding new data ingestions as needed
- Current data ingests:
  - ADP (workers endpoint & validation tables)
  - CultureAmp (employees & reviews data)
    - Using the CA API, as well as the Okta API (uses our svc acct to grab the relevant download URL from the network requests)
  - FP&A (personnel file, monthly ingest)
  - FreshService HR tickets
    - Will need to further parse offboarding tickets for Exit Survey
  - Google Sheets (compensation bands, FP&A -> HR mappings)
  - Qualtrics Survey data
  - SFTP reports (ADP & OfficeSpace (RTO)) via Files.com
  - Greenhouse (Business Intelligence Connector via S3)

Maintain existing egress processes and add new patterns as needed
- Current data egress:
  - Certent SFTP
  - Payscale SFTP
  - Internal Mobility Slack Channel
  - Internal Mobility DMs
  - Employee Compensation (Google Sheets for HRBPs)
  - ADP email updates (syncs from Okta)
  - Payscale data updates (for comp cycles)
  - Severance calculation sheets
  - Promo Baseball Cards
  - Qualtrics employee data import
  - New Hire IT report (for Mike Z)
QuickSight administration
- Maintaining user groups and access
Slack Bots
- Qualtrics Slack Nudges (Employee Listening)
- PTO Tracking reminders (Iniya started this, not launched yet)
- Internal Mobility
Ad hoc data requests
- Examples
  - Allocation reporting for manager
  - Affirmative Action Planning reporting for compliance
  - EEOC data requests
  - RIF data pulls
