Steadily is hiring a full time Talent Assistant who will be focused on admin. We hire the best talent nationwide, and you will get to potentially change the life of each and every candidate. Your hires will have a direct impact on the growth of the company..
What You'll Do
Source prospective candidates who may be a good fit for any of our job posts and get them excited about the idea of working for Steadily. These may include insurance sales, service, underwriting/product, and tech roles.
Assist the Director of People and the Talent Department with scheduling and admin.
Coordinate with candidates and assist with onsites, ensuring all visitors have a smooth experience.
Schedule various team events.
Your Background
Experienced: You have experience as either a personal, executive, admin assistant or equivalent. Multitasking is your strength and you thrive in a fast paced environment.
Detail Oriented: You have exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
Digital: You are tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
Confidentiality: You can handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Driven: You can excel with important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight. You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech startup to make a huge impact.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $65,000+ per year
Equity: Includes equity in a fast-growing company
Time Off: 3 weeks PTO + 6 federal holidays
