Position Description (Brief summary)
The Talent & Performance Coordinator will provide critical administrative, operational, and logistical support across Learning, Performance Management, and Talent Management. This role ensures smooth execution of key people processes, supports the delivery of high‑quality training programs, and helps maintain accurate data, documentation, and reporting to enable strong talent practices across the organization. This is an ideal role for someone highly organized, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and passionate about helping build great employee experiences.
Key Position Responsibilities
Learning
- Perform day-to-day management of the LMS (Culligan University), including:
- User account creation and deactivation
- Content uploads and maintenance
- Troubleshooting learner issues
- Supporting the development of job-specific or soft‑skill curricula
- Oversee global Linked-In Learning license allocation, activation and usage tracking to ensure seats are optimized and employees have seamless access to content. Work with sub-admins to troubleshoot as needed.
- Deliver a smooth, welcoming day‑one onboarding experience for employees in Rosemont & Chicago offices -completing required paperwork, guiding facility tours, and helping new hires feel connected to Culligan from day one.
- Coordinate the quarterly new‑hire orientation program for Flagship & Corporate by managing scheduling, content updates, presenter alignment, logistics, and follow‑up to ensure a smooth and high‑quality onboarding experience. Organize, schedule, and support delivery of training programs across business units. Maintain and regularly update training materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Drive the timely completion of required global compliance training.
- Produce materials and resources for instructor-led training sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, workshops, and training events, including room setup, invitations, communications, and post‑session follow-up.
- Provide reporting and analytics related to training initiatives, participation, and LMS usage trends.
- Reconcile invoices to conduct monthly training billing
Performance Management
- Support the administration of the annual and mid-year performance cycles for North America, including scheduling, communications, and tracking milestones.
- Support global communications to ensure all regions understand and follow the common performance management timeline. Ability to demonstrate confidence navigating the HRIS system to effectively assist leaders and employees with system questions, troubleshooting, and process navigation.
- Ensure data accuracy in the North America performance management system.
- Prepare reports and summaries for HR and functional leaders.
Talent Management
- Assist with the maintenance and tracking of talent reviews, succession plans, and development plans.
- Maintain organized, accurate records and templates to support consistent talent practices
- Support the Head of Talent as needed for tasks related to Talent Review
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, L&D coordination, or an administrative role supporting HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating HR or LMS systems; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred

Target Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
