Job Description

The Talent & Recruitment Specialist will manage sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment processes to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs. Primary functions include supporting the human resource department in recruitment, screening of applicants for a variety of departments, maintaining the ATS database, marketing via social media and managing files and reports. This role requires a collaborative working relationship with all necessary departments in the performance of its operations and reports to the Human Resource Director.
