The Talent & HR Services Coordinator supports employees and managers by serving as a key contact for HR inquiries, policy guidance, and issue resolution. This role assists with unemployment claim responses, maintains confidential employee records, and helps ensure compliance with HR and employment regulations. The coordinator also manages updates in HR systems, resolves payroll and timekeeping discrepancies, and provides support for HR projects, meetings, and committee activities.
In addition, the position plays a central role in provider recruitment logistics, including arranging candidate travel, coordinating onsite interview schedules, managing expense documentation, and supporting related audit and reporting needs. This is a highly service‑centric and visible role requiring strong balance across HR operations and Provider Talent Acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience in all MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes. Ability to anticipate, identify, and escalate risks to leadership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously and manage time effectively
- A high level of confidentiality and demonstrated good judgment. Must handle highly sensitive matters in a timely and professional manner.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with accounts payable software to process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up to date vendor records.
- Working understanding of the principles and practices of human resource management and relevant legislation
- 2+ years of experience supporting recruitment and/or HR teams and functions.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in healthcare, recruitment, business, education, or human resources
