Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Mentor and inspire a team of Talent Attraction Advisors to influence stakeholders and deliver exceptional results.
  • Spearhead strategic talent initiatives, from employer branding campaigns to cutting-edge technology implementations.
  • Mastermind the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact technical, specialized, and leadership positions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven market insights and expert guidance on hiring decisions.
  • Champion innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of passive talent for our most challenging roles.
  • Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 8-10 years of progressive recruiting experience within the technology industry.
  • You possess 2+ years of experience successfully managing and developing a team of recruiters.
  • You have a proven track record of executing full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and niche technical roles.
  • You are a natural communicator with a talent for influencing stakeholders and building strong professional relationships.
  • Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing global recruitment strategies across multiple countries or time zones.
  • Prior success recruiting for both technical software engineering and non-technical sales or product roles.
  • A passion for experimenting with new, non-traditional ways to attract unique talent.
  • Logistics:

    Location: Westminster, CO; Hybrid

    Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
