Job Description
Summary: Duration: 4 months (with possible extension) Start Date: 05/05/2026 Responsibilities: Facilitate team member and team leader orientations. Support new leader onboarding and alignment. Engage in change management for the new performance management system. Manage key milestones of the performance evaluation process during May–September. Identify, validate, and deploy a leadership competency model to support strategic initiatives. Requirements: Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in leadership and organizational development. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of instructional design and product development. Successful program and project management skills. Ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority. Ability to multi-task in a high-paced, ever-changing, and complex environment. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development. Experience working in healthcare for at least one (1) year. DiSC Certification required. Preferred Skills: Coaching certification(s) preferred.
