Job Description
Talent Development Partner
This role is responsible for directly improving the quality of people leadership across ProService. You’ll work with leaders at all levels to raise performance standards, strengthen retention of top talent, and address low performance early and decisively. This is an execution-heavy role focused on results—not policy, theory, or passive advising.
You’ll operate at high velocity across multiple, recurring talent cycles, influencing outcomes without formal authority. Success in this role comes from your ability to push leaders out of their comfort zones, enforce clear expectations, and translate people insights into measurable performance and culture improvements.
In this role, you will act as a hands-on partner and coach. You won’t simply advise leaders on what should happen—you’ll help ensure it does happen, with clear follow-through and accountability.
Execute monthly talent assessment and at-risk identification cycles, ensuring leader readiness, calibration, completion, and documented outcomes
Provide high-touch, results-focused 1:1 coaching to people managers on performance management, expectation setting, feedback, documentation, and tough conversations
Lead at-risk employee mitigation efforts, partnering with leaders to retain high performers and address low performance early through clear action plans or timely exits
Support and execute org design and org effectiveness changes in partnership with Talent Development leadership and business leaders, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
Own eNPS action planning and execution support, holding leaders accountable for follow-through and measurable improvements
Coach managers through employee development planning, aligning on goals, cadence, support, and outcomes
Use people data and insights to identify trends, recommend targeted interventions, and track progress toward culture and performance goals
Partner closely with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee lifecycle decisions
This role is not a generalist HR role, a policy-focused position, or a passive advisory function. It is not a role where recommendations are handed off and outcomes are optional. Success requires comfort enforcing standards, navigating conflict, and driving real behavior change—often under time pressure and across competing priorities.
WHAT YOU BRING
You’re energized by raising the bar for people leadership and are comfortable holding leaders accountable for how their teams perform and grow. You balance empathy with firmness and stay focused on outcomes—even when conversations are uncomfortable.
Proven experience coaching people managers on performance management, development planning, and difficult employee decisions
Hands-on experience executing recurring talent cycles, including assessments, calibrations, at-risk processes, and exits
Experience supporting and implementing organizational design or organization effectiveness changes
Strong judgment and decision-making skills in complex, people-intensive situations
Ability to influence without authority and drive follow-through with senior and frontline leaders alike
High adaptability and effectiveness in fast-moving environments with multiple concurrent priorities
Strong data fluency, using engagement, performance, and talent insights to drive targeted action
Experience partnering cross-functionally within People teams (HRBP, Talent, People Ops, TA)
