Job Summary

The Talent Development Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness Manager is a strategic leader responsible for advancing enterprise talent, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Leading a team of four direct reports, this role partners closely with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, build succession pipelines, and support a high-performing culture. Through data-driven strategies and scalable programs, this leader helps ensure the organization is prepared to meet current and future business needs.

You will play a key role in preparing current and future leaders, ensuring critical positions have strong succession pipelines, and helping the organization adapt to changing business needs.

Beyond strategy, you will lead and develop a team of four professionals responsible for delivering impactful talent and development solutions. Your ability to inspire others, build organizational capability, and partner with senior leaders will directly impact workforce readiness, employee growth, and overall organizational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise talent and leadership development strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Drive organization-wide talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of four direct reports.

  • Partner with executives and HR leaders on workforce planning, internal mobility, and leadership capability.

  • Lead organizational effectiveness and culture initiatives that improve performance and engagement.

  • Use workforce and talent data to guide decisions and measure program success.

  • Oversee leadership and professional development programs across multiple learning platforms.

  • Ensure operational excellence, including governance, compliance, and budget oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, leadership development, or a related discipline.

  • Experience leading and developing teams in a corporate or large organizational environment.

  • Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent and leadership development programs.

  • Experience leading succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management processes.

  • Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.

  • Expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.

  • SHRM-SCP, CPTD, CPLP, or similar professional certification.

  • Experience using workforce analytics and talent data to drive strategy and decisions.

  • Strong understanding of HR governance, compliance, and risk management.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, conferences, and training.

The pay range for this role is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
