Ripple Effect Consulting (REC) is looking for a motivated and driven Talent Sourcer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the recruiting industry and build a long-term career. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients within technical and infrastructure-related industries
- Research and identify potential candidates and hiring managers using professional networks and recruiting tools
- Conduct candidate outreach, initial screenings, and support interview processes
- Assist with reference checks and candidate coordination
- Help promote REC’s services and contribute to business development efforts
- Support negotiations and help move opportunities through the hiring process
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in industries such as Civil, Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Transportation, IT, Water/Wastewater, and Environmental
Preferred (Not Required):
- Sales experience or an entrepreneurial background
- Exposure to recruiting or staffing
