- Match candidates to opportunities based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Partner closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders to support hiring objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive experience throughout the process.
- Stay informed on labor market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Leverage recruiting tools and technology to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members in a highly engaged, performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Previous sourcing or recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results against performance metrics and service-level expectations.
- Experience sourcing for frontline, customer service, operations, administrative, or other high-volume positions preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and creative approach to talent acquisition.
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with peers and business partners.
