- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies.
- Build strong pipelines of candidates for current and future openings.
- Engage candidates through calls, emails, and messaging with a high level of professionalism and persistence.
- Qualify candidates quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Maintain detailed notes, track activity, and follow up consistently-nothing falls through the cracks.
- Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities and deliver results quickly.
- Continuously find new and better ways to source talent and stay ahead of the market.
