Job Description
COMPANY is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to support high‑volume, aged, and hard‑to‑fill roles—especially in technical and engineering areas. This role is ideal for someone who loves sourcing, thinks creatively, and brings a sales‑minded approach to engaging passive talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with talent acquisition to understand hiring needs and sourcing gaps
Build long‑term pipelines of top talent
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles
Use creative sourcing methods beyond job boards and LinkedIn
Post and maintain consistent, high‑quality job ads
Source through social media, networking, and alternative platforms
Engage passive candidates via email, phone, and social channels
Review applicants and track progress in the ATS
Research market trends and competitor talent pools
Identify candidates working at peer/competitor companies
Preferred Qualifications
Strong sourcing creativity; Boolean/X‑ray experience
Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles
Ability to make data‑driven sourcing decisions
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of sourcing or full‑cycle recruiting experience (engineering/technical preferred)
Ability to source outside of job boards and LinkedIn
Agency experience is a plus
Must meet all pre‑employment requirements per applicable laws
