Job Description
Make an impact supporting a growing government contractor! Lynch Consultants is seeking a Sourcing Specialist who has a strong desire to grow their career. You embrace hard challenges and make a difference. Ideally, you have a year sourcing experience at a staffing firm like Kelly, Randstad, Robert Half, and Manpower.This is a career-track position. Outstanding sourcing specialists have unlimited upward mobility within the talent acquisition and management functions within the firm.This position is located in Arlington, VA. Only applicants who fully satisfy all required qualifications will be considered for further review. Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 (reflective of experience) Required Qualifications – Must Have:
- MUST have a BA/BS degree
- MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.
- MUST live in the DMV area
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience sourcing
- 1+ years of experience in government contracting
- Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Skills:
- Multitasking and organization: Strong ability to perform recruitment duties for multiple open positions while maintaining consistent visibility to upper management through regular updates to the Applicant Tracking System.
- Communication: Willingness to communicate with hundreds of candidates via email, phone call, and video to efficiently vet potential hires while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Consistency and curiosity: Desire to drive Lynch Consultant's recruitment process and constantly learn more about hiring needs, best practices, and means of improvement.
