    Other Tax Compliance

  • * Compile and file required foreign tax reports, including but not limited to VAT and GST
  • * Reconcile balance sheets associated with foreign tax accounts
  • * Manage the organization and timely submission of business personal property tax filings across all locations

    Operations & Process Improvement

  • * Assist in developing and refining systems and processes to support compliance as the company grows
  • * Provide ongoing back-office support to businesses across the portfolio as needed
  • * Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across tax and compliance workflows
  • What We're Looking For

  • * Business degree in Accounting or Tax with 3-5 years experience

  • * Experience registering, filing, and managing accounts for state and local sales tax and business personal property tax
  • * Strong time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills — you're comfortable managing many concurrent deadlines
