Job Description
Our firm is partnering with a highly regarded and growing organization to identify a Senior Manager, Tax Advisory Services to join its leadership team.What Youll Do:
- Lead complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses*
- Provide strategic tax planning, compliance oversight, and advisory services*
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery*
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals*
- Review and oversee preparation of complex tax returns and related filings*
- Collaborate with leadership on operational planning, resource management, and process improvements*
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and engagement performance management*
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and special projects
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field*
- CPA or EA designation required*
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience, including work with high-net-worth individuals and multi-entity structures*
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations*
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and client relationships*
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills*
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
