An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred.
Must currently be working in a larger-scale law firm with 400 or more employees.
Bar admission is required in one or more states where the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be resident.
Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate with 3 years' experience to join their Florida, New Jersey, or New York office. Position and Client Details:Our client takes a multidisciplinary approach to protecting their clients' assets, allowing them to offer well-informed guidance at the intersection of tax, trusts, estates, and other areas of law. With the support of a dedicated team, they regularly collaborate with colleagues across corporate, real estate, environmental, employment, and litigation departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.Areas of experience include:
