Job Details

Qualifications:

1.* 6-8 years of relevant experience2.* Private client focused (generally closely held businesses and their owners, with a heavy focus on partnerships)3.* Mergers and Acquisitions tax focused experiences in the closely held context (e.g. corporate and partnerships reorganizations pre-sale planning, structuring capital investments as well as compensation arrangement , etc.)4.* Tax advantaged investing experience (e.g. qualified opportunity zones, qualified small business stock, tax credit incentives, partnership profit interests, etc.)5.* Ability to financially model tax implications of various scenarios
