A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field is highly desirable.2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.3. A minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.4. Extensive experience working with corporations and high net worth individuals.5. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner.9.
