Description
- Oversee global tax compliance and reporting for funds, management entities, and related investment structures
- Lead tax structuring and planning for acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner with legal, finance, and investment teams on fund formation, carried interest, and investor-related tax matters
- Monitor and interpret changes in tax law and assess impacts on the firm and its portfolio
- Support transfer pricing, international tax, and cross-border structuring initiatives
- Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and internal controls within the tax function
- Mentor and develop junior tax professionals as the platform continues to scale

Profile
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally within private equity, asset management, or public accounting with strong PE exposure
- Deep understanding of partnership taxation, fund structures, and international tax considerations
- Experience supporting M&A transactions and complex investment structures
- CPA, and/or MST strongly preferred
- Highly collaborative, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $255,000 USD.
