Job Objective
The Experienced Tax Manager CPA manages tax engagements independently, offering advanced planning and advisory services. With 5+ years of experience, this role requires balancing technical expertise with client relationship management while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Service
- Oversee preparation and/or review of tax returns
- Conduct advanced tax research and planning
- Advise clients on business strategies, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Deliver financial statement presentations
- Practice Development
- Cultivate client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the firm's visibility and reputation
- Administrative/Practice Management
- Support firm administration and strategic initiatives
- Implement and enhance accounting technology solutions

- Maintain professional development through CPE
Education/Training/Experience
- Active CPA license or EA or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with emphasis on tax.
- Advanced tax planning and advisory experience.
