Tax Manager

Location: Huntsville, AL

Overview

A well-respected local public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager in Huntsville. The team is growing and values career development, collaboration and a strong client focus.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of tax engagements, including planning, scheduling and staffing
Review complex federal, state and local returns prepared by others
Research technical tax issues and advise clients
Supervise, mentor and develop associates and seniors
Build and maintain client relationships and identify value-added services

Qualifications

5+ years of public accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA license
Strong communication and organizational skills
