Job Description
A well-established public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager with leadership aspirations and a desire to continue growing toward future Partnership. This opportunity is built for someone who enjoys client interaction, mentorship, advisory work, and wants to play a visible role in the long-term growth of a firm.
This is not a role built around simply reviewing returns. The firm is looking for a relationship-driven professional who wants to become deeply involved with clients, staff development, and leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and business tax returns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide tax planning and advisory services
- Mentor and develop staff members
- Review financial statements and related reporting
- Participate in leadership discussions and firm initiatives
- Assist with business development and client growth efforts
- Work directly with leadership on long-term strategic goals
Qualifications:
- CPA preferred
- 8+ years of public accounting experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Tax planning and review experience
- Relationship-focused mindset
- Interest in long-term Partnership trajectory
