Job Posting: Tax Manager — Remote (In-Office Optional)

Position: Tax Manager (Level 1) Location: Remote + Must live within 45 mins of Fort Lauderdale, FLSalary: $185,000 – $200,000Firm Type: Boutique CPA firm (Top 10 “Best Places to Work”)

About the Opportunity:

We're partnering with a high-performance CPA firm in South Florida seeking a Tax Manager to join their Real Estate Tax division. This is a remote-first opportunity with optional access to their award-winning office (SFBJ Finalist for "Coolest Offices").

You’ll work with complex real estate clients — office buildings, malls, apartment rentals — preparing partnership tax returns and navigating special allocations between partners.

Requirements:

  • CPA (or all parts passed)

  • 1+ year as Tax Manager or Senior Tax Associate

  • Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm experience (mandatory)

  • GPA 3.4+ from a top university (UF, FSU, UM, etc.)

  • 3+ years working primarily on real estate partnerships
