Responsibilities
70% review, 30% preparation of individual, business, and trust returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1041)
Lead and manage a small but growing staff (you’ll help hire your #2)
Maintain excellent client relationships with a hands-on approach
Deliver high-quality tax work without timesheet pressure
Ideal Background
7+ years of public accounting experience
CPA or EA preferred (or in process, near completion)
Experience with CCH, QuickBooks, and BNA a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and review skills
