What You’ll Do
- Manage and review complex tax returns (corporate, partnership, and individual)
- Oversee tax planning and compliance engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and other service lines
- Stay current on tax regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
What We’re Looking For
- CPA required
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
