Review Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, 990-T, and related state filingsReview Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) calculations and tax filingsResearch and evaluate complex tax issues impacting exempt organizationsProvide nonprofit tax advisory services including:Private foundation complianceExcess benefit transaction issuesIntermediate sanctions mattersPublic support testingState charitable registration requirementsManage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesServe as the primary day-to-day contact for nonprofit clientsSupervise, develop, and mentor tax staff, seniors, and supervisorsCoordinate with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutionsAssist clients with IRS correspondence and notice resolutionSupport business development initiatives and client relationship managementContribute to the continued growth of the Not-for-Profit tax practice
