Job DetailsWhat You'll Do:

Lead tax engagements for individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses
Review complex tax returns and develop proactive tax strategies
Serve as primary point of contact for new and existing clients
Mentor and guide staff and senior accountants
Participate in business development, community presence, and firm leadership

What We're Looking For:

Active CPA license
Strong experience in public accounting and tax experience (Senior Manager or Partner-level)
Strong experience reviewing returns and delivering tax strategy
Proven ability to lead engagements and develop client relationships
Desire to contribute to firm leadership and possibly pursue partnership
Big 4 or regional firm experience a plus
Experience with CCH Axcess and project-based ERP billing preferred
