Job DetailsResponsibilities:1. Review federal and state income taxes for Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns2. Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client industries3. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.4. Participate in our staff mentorship program, providing guidance, support, and training to junior staff members.5. Manage multiple clients, budgets and productivity goalsQualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is required.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax management role.3. Extensive knowledge of tax compliance, tax planning, and preparation of tax returns (1120S, 1065, and 1040).4. Experience working with high net worth clients and providing them with tailored tax solutions.5. Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong mentoring and team management skills.6. Proficiency in using tax software and other accounting tools.7. Strong commitment to ethical standards and high levels of integrity.8. Master’s Degree in Taxation a plusInterested in hearing more?
