- 20+ years of public accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant license required
- At least 10-15 years of experience with a specialized focus in estates and trusts
- A high level of technical tax expertise and leadership skills, experience with tax planning, tax research and reviewing tax returns, and leading an engagement team
- New ideas and business solutions that result in new clients or extended services to existing clients
- Positive people interactions that allow you to be a liaison for clients and staff throughout the year
- The skills to develop and motivate staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance
