Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager
Nashville Metro Area (Onsite or Hybrid Flexibility Available)

A well-established and growing public accounting firm in the Nashville metro area is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its team. Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage complex tax returns including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and High-Net-Worth Individuals
- Provide tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to a diverse client base
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors
- Manage multiple engagements and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations and apply technical knowledge to client situations
Qualifications
- CPA license required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance and planning
- Proven leadership experience or desire to step into a leadership role
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
