Job Description
Tax Map Specialist This person must be experienced in AutoCAD. Pay Range:
- $25 30/hr, dependent on experience
- This person will be using AutoCAD for the construction of municipal digital tax maps for New Jersey municipal/county clients.
- Experience with New Jersey tax map regulations*
- Experience creating tax maps for municipalities using AutoCAD *
- Knowledge of NJ MOD-IV system *
- Detailed knowledge of and compliance with the NJ Division of Taxation Digital Tax Map Standards *
- Ability to interpret surveys, deeds, file maps, and other tax map related sources *
- Working understanding of land surveying principles
