Location:Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

About the Role

SS&C Black Diamond, a leading provider of Unique Asset Managed Services, is looking for a candidate to join its Unique Asset Managed Services Team. The focus of this position will be centered on fulfilling daily operations and deadlines. This isgoodopportunity to join a highly productive team in our fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This is a full-time position with somerequirementfor overtime and weekend work during certain times of the year.

How You Will Make an Impact  

  • Processing of revenue,expenseand property tax payments 
  • Client and vendor communications via email,telephoneor letter 
  • Assistwith special project research for accounting, real estate, minerals 
  • Scanning and indexing data into shared system files foraccurateand efficient records storage 
  • Electronic File preparation and maintenance 
  • Reconciliations 
  • May beto perform other miscellaneous duties as needed 
  • This is an essential staff position and may require working in the office 5 days per week at certain times of the year

Required Experience 

  • Knowledge of real estate, minerals, loans, trust industry, oil &gasand property taxes 
  • Ability to work with people to build high morale and commitments to team goals, display positive attitude and willingness toassistwhere needed 
  • Ability totake actionin solving problems whileexhibitingjudgment and realistic understanding of issues 
  • Ability tomaintainclient focus and a problem-solving attitude while dealing with deadline driven, critical client needs 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
  • Experience with PC, Windows-based operating environments 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offerappropriate solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing 
  • Ability to develop,maintainand follow recordkeeping systems and procedures 
  • High School diploma, college degree preferred 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in data entry 
  • Microsoft Products knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel 
  • Accurate and rapid 10 key processing and 50 words per minute typing
