  • Stay current on evolving tax laws and guide firm-wide technical direction
  • Review and approve complex tax strategies, structures, and compliance deliverables

Team Development & Culture

  • Mentor and develop tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Provide coaching and leadership to Managers and Senior staff
  • Support recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
  • Active CPA license required
  • 12–15+ years of progressive tax experience, with significant focus on UHNW and Private Clients
  • Proven leadership experience within a public accounting or advisory firm
  • Demonstrated success managing complex engagements and leading high-performing teams
  • Exceptional relationship management skills and ability to advise sophisticated clients

Core Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple high-level priorities in a fast-paced environment

Why DBTA?

  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values innovation and growth
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly expanding firm
  • Exposure to a high-caliber UHNW client base and complex, rewarding work
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
