Job DetailsThe OpportunityOur client is seeking an experienced Tax Partner—ideally someone currently running their own practice—who’s looking to join a firm that provides the staffing, infrastructure, and support needed to scale and thrive.This is a unique opportunity to plug into a fully functional and high-performing firm while focusing on what you do best: serving clients, leading tax strategy, and growing your impact.What You’ll Bring

• Active CPA license with 12+ years in public accounting, including experience in a leadership or ownership role.
• A transferable book of business and/or a solid base of client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of partnership, S-corporation, and individual taxation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style.
• Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
