Tax Partner – Nashville, TNTo Apply Now - email your resume to job-knemkq7d-1e4ngrk82rw3kdm@sagedata.ioWho: A seasoned tax professional with deep partnership tax expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of exceptional client service and business development.What: Lead a tax team serving middle-market corporate and large pass-through clients—particularly partnerships—while developing staff, managing client relationships, and expanding the practice.When: This opportunity is open now for immediate consideration.Where: Based in the Nashville office with limited regional travel; relocation assistance may be available.Why: To play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding a thriving tax practice by leveraging technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong professional network.Office Environment: A collaborative, inclusive, growth-focused environment grounded in integrity, trust, innovation, and mutual respect.Salary: Competitive partner-level compensation within the firm’s established range, supported by a comprehensive total rewards package.Position Overview:We are seeking a Tax Partner to lead a high-performing tax practice focused on complex partnership taxation, personal and business tax planning, and client advisory services for middle-market and large pass-through clients, with the opportunity to expand service capabilities and strengthen market presence.Key Responsibilities:● Lead and manage tax engagements for partnership, corporate, and individual clients.● Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality technical guidance and strategic tax planning.● Support and develop managers and staff through coaching, mentoring, and team leadership.● Expand the practice by leveraging existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.● Collaborate with other firm leaders to enhance service offerings and client experience.● Provide oversight on complex partnership tax matters, including RECON experience (a plus).● Uphold firm values through exceptional service, integrity, and client stewardship.Qualifications:● Active CPA license required.● Extensive experience with complex partnership tax law.● RECON experience is a plus.● Demonstrated excellence in client service and engagement execution.● Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development capabilities.● Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.● Proven ability to collaborate with partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
