Job Description

Well-known firm looking for a Tax preparation & Assurance individual to add to the team.

Location: Auburn, WA

Tax Prep/Assurance:Looking for 7+ years of experience.• The role will be roughly 60% Tax and 40% Assurance.• They want this individual to do both types of work. • CPA is not required. • Preferred knowledge of UltraTax or CCH Access.• Complex returns.

Compensation: $90K - $115K• Benefits: General (awaiting more details)• 55 hours during busy season.• 2 weeks PTO during the first year, adding 1 week PTO every year after that up to year 5. Every 7 years of employment the employee gets a 1-month sabbatical. • Hybrid work for 1-2 days in the office. Fully remote on Thursdays.
