Hybrid or REMOTE

This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, enabling you to work both remotely and in our Tipton, Iowa office. To be considered, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

As a Senior Staff Accountant, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tax and accounting services, including income tax planning and preparation for both individuals and businesses, compilation, review, payroll, and various other accounting services. This role also provides a unique opportunity to foster strong client and colleague relationships. You will be a part of creating connections that contribute to the successful growth of our clients' businesses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experienceA minimum of four (4) years of direct accounting experiencePreferred but not required: CPA certificate or candidates actively pursuing the CPA examBonus points for QuickBooks and/or Ultra Tax experienceA strong sense of self-motivation, a team player mindset, and a commitment to integrityWe are in search of a Senior Staff Accountant who is passionate about delivering exceptional tax and accounting services while building enduring client relationships.
