Tax Senior Manager - Raleigh, NC (PCS)Who: An experienced tax professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in pass-through entity and corporate taxation.What: Lead complex tax engagements, oversee compliance, mentor staff, and serve as the primary client contact while identifying tax planning opportunities.When: Hiring immediately to support continued growth in the regional tax practice.Where: Raleigh, NC market on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week in office).Why: To strengthen a dynamic tax team by providing strategic tax guidance and exceptional client service.Office Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and committed to integrity, inclusion, and continuous professional development.Salary: Competitive compensation supported by a comprehensive total rewards and benefits package.Position Overview:The Senior Tax Manager will manage client tax compliance, anticipate tax issues, and provide strategic planning guidance while leading and developing less experienced professionals across a variety of industries.Key Responsibilities:● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables.● Review complex tax returns for clients in manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth segments.● Solve tax and business challenges using strong technical and analytical capabilities.● Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.● Demonstrate exceptional client service and identify forward-looking tax planning opportunities.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.● Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.● 7+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.● Strong understanding of pass-through entity taxation and general corporate taxation.● Working knowledge of partnership taxation, including equity investment structures.If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
