Job DetailsTax Compliance & Review

• * Supervise and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations (C-Corp and S-Corp), partnerships, trusts, and estates.
• * Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of all assigned returns within firm and regulatory deadlines.
• * Research and resolve complex tax issues, applying current tax law and authoritative guidance.
• * Manage and review tax projections, extensions, and estimated tax payments.
• * Utilize CCH Axcess Tax for return preparation, workflow management, and electronic filing.

Required Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• * Minimum 5+ years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting environment.
• * Demonstrated proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax (preparation, review, and e-filing workflows).
• * In-depth knowledge of federal income tax law and multi-state compliance requirements.
• * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active CPA candidate — strongly preferred.
• * Experience with CCH Axcess Workflow, Document, or Practice Management modules.
• * Familiarity with ProSystem fx or other CCH tax software platforms
