World-class coaching and development : No education background? Lesson Planning and Instruction:Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars. Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues. Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy (a background in education is not required) 

Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations)
