Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum in a fun and engaging way
Create a safe, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment
Support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth
Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
Maintain a clean, organized classroom aligned with Colorado licensing standards
Observe and track developmental progress
What We're Looking For
Experience in preschool, daycare, or early childhood education preferred
Passion for working with young children and helping them grow
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to create a positive, engaging classroom environment
Must meet Colorado state licensing requirements
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Bonus Qualifications
ECE coursework or degree
Experience with structured curriculum and child assessments

Full-time, Monday-Friday
