Job Description:

As a Team Lead at Clean Eatz, you will play a crucial role in assisting the manager with various responsibilities while also taking charge of managing the store in their absence. This dynamic position requires a versatile individual who is adept at meal preparation, cooking, front-of-house operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in day-to-day operations, including meal prep, cooking, inventory management, and customer service.
• Oversee and coordinate front-of-house activities, ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers.
• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
• Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Uphold food quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting in the absence of the manager.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
• Willingness to undergo paid training and continuously learn and develop new skills.
