The Lead is also responsible for overseeing the daily workflow while ensuring accuracy and turnaround time, compiling daily reports outlining volume, productivity, and priorities. The Vehicle Operations Team Lead will work directly with the Vehicle Operations Fulfillment Manager regarding training and coaching team members on customer fulfillment, and will assist in managing communication and the delivery of services to key Vehicle customers. Tracking and reporting of daily accountabilities and KPIs will be a primary responsibility, as well as recommending process improvements and efficiency accelerators.This is a fully onsite position based in Fishers, Indiana, United States.Responsibilities:
- 40% - Serve as a subject matter expert on the Vehicle Operations Specialist (VOS) team, supporting the Vehicle Operations Fulfillment Manager in training and mentoring VOS team for customer-specific goal achievement.
- 30% - Oversee the daily VOS workflow, ensuring accuracy and turnaround time, compiling daily reports outlining volume, productivity, and priorities. Track and report daily accountabilities and KPIs for all VOS team members. Review and approve team timecards.
- 15% - Manage communication and the delivery of services to key Vehicle customers.
- 15% - Collaborate with other groups, to include Customer Success, State Specialists, IRP and Permits Specialists, and/or Fuel & Mileage team members on appropriate prioritization and servicing of customer portfolio.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and five years related progressive experience, or Associates Degree with two to four years related experience.
- Experience compiling and analyzing data for business consumption.
- Strong analytical skills and desire to bring change management processes to organization.
- Excellent Excel skills for data manipulation and presentation, including ability to use formulas.
- Passion for coaching and service delivery, with track record of working with customers and colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional business travel.

This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
