Join Deaconess Health System as a CSO Team Lead and play a vital role in coordinating staffing operations across multiple campuses. In this position, you'll ensure the right staff are in the right place at the right time while supporting a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily staffing and workflow across multiple units and campuses.
- Monitor staffing needs based on patient volume and acuity.
- Arrange coverage for schedule changes and staff absences.
- Maintain accurate staffing documentation and communication.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching team members.
- Partner with nursing leadership to promote staff development and operational excellence.
