What You’ll DO

Coach and encourage team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Set the standard for hospitality, teamwork, and efficiency
Help train and develop new team members
Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred (but not required)
